History
El café Sironko representa una revolución en el panorama cafetero de Uganda. Proviene de la estación Sironko, operada por la organización Mountain Harvest, donde el científico y campeón barista Ibrahim Kiganda lidera la investigación de microlotes. Este lote "Pure Natural" se seca 100% bajo el sol en camas elevadas sin recurrir a secadoras mecánicas, una práctica muy inusual en la región que otorga un perfil intensamente frutal y silvestre. En taza, estalla con una complejidad audaz: abundantes notas de mermelada de frutos rojos se entrelazan con un matiz vinoso y una acidez brillante. Es un café exuberante, de cuerpo meloso y final dulce, perfecto para los amantes de los procesos naturales expresivos que buscan redescubrir el potencial de África Oriental.
