Cultivado por Argenis Zambrano en la Finca Las Quebraditas bajo la variedad Villanueva, el café procesado por vía lavada ofrece un balance impecable entre la frescura cítrica de la naranja y el limón con una estructura profunda de cacao, chocolate oscuro y matices especiados. Es un perfil elegante, complejo y dulce que reivindica el verdadero potencial del café venezolano de especialidad en el panorama europeo
